Working Process

The unit mainly PVC, CaCO3 and other additives as raw material, after extruder and die cast By a three roller calender machine, cooling bracket setting, A/B/A three-layer coextrusion waterproofing membrane .B layer can be different according  to user requirements for product quality adjustment, in order to reduce the cost of products(such as a layer of polypropylene fabric ,polyester fabric, B layer material ) and B layer can also be based require the use of different materials to meet the diverse requirement of user of the products to meet market demand. This production line can produce PVC/TPO multilayer waterproof membrane, it consists twin screw extruder, die, three roller stack and auxiliary equipments, it can produce the membrane from 0.5mm to 4mm, monolayer, multi-layer and laminated with non-woven fabric.
